St John Paul College, Gungahlin ACT – Multi-Stage BMS Delivery Completed over three construction stages, St John Paul College is a contemporary learning environment featuring advanced sustainability design elements, including a thermal labyrinth and natural ventilation control. IES delivered the full Building Management System and Electrical for Mechanical works from initial construction through to final expansion, integrating chilled and hot-water systems, ventilation, and automated controls using Reliable Controls®. The project demonstrates IES’s long-term capability in delivering complex, staged education facilities.
