At Marian College’s new campus, IES Automation provided a Reliable Controls® BMS to support the school’s Green Star sustainability goals. The 17,000m² warehouse-to-campus conversion (the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere) features integrated HVAC, ventilation, radiant heating, and energy metering. Our system ensures efficient performance and comfort across learning and community spaces, tailored to the unique demands of an adaptive reuse project.
