Integrated BMS and Electrical for Mechanical Delivery for Performing Arts Facility

The new Performing Arts Centre at St Mary MacKillop College provides purpose-built spaces for theatre, music, and dance education, enhancing the school’s creative learning programs. IES delivered the full Building Management System and Electrical for Mechanical works, integrating four air-source heat pumps, multiple AHUs, FCUs, and high-level operable windows. The Reliable Controls® BMS enables precise thermal comfort and acoustically sensitive airflow control, ensuring optimal performance, comfort, and efficiency in a high-demand teaching environment.
