Rebuilt on a new coastal site after the Canterbury earthquakes, Te Raekura Redcliffs School features distinctive split-level architecture and open learning spaces designed around natural light and ventilation. IES delivered the complete Building Management System and Electrical for Mechanical installation, integrating smart sensors, heat recovery, and energy metering. Complex cable reticulation routes were coordinated to preserve the building’s architectural intent while maintaining full system performance and reliability.
