Specialist Electrical for Mechanical and Controls Integration for High-Containment Research Facility

IES delivered the full Electrical for Mechanical installation and controls integration at the new AgResearch Tuhiraki science facility in Lincoln. Our scope included laboratory gas monitoring systems and PC-rated HVAC plant, with services delivered across high-compliance containment zones. The project demonstrates IES’s capability as a specialist E4M contractor, coordinating closely with mechanical services to achieve safe, precise, and reliable environmental control for critical research spaces.
